As Team Leader/Sales and Administration, you will manage employees in the sales counter area, telephone sales, check-out and administration. You will manage personnel resources and processes in your area of responsibility. In this respect, it will be key to ensure staff is available to be reached on the telephone, advise and deliver superior value to customers. In addition, you will coordinate the collaboration with other areas of the sales outlet and serve as a liaison for external departments. You will also actively support your colleagues in their day-to-day activities.
