STAHLGRUBER welcomes 25 new "STAzubis" at the company headquarters in Poing near Munich at the start of training
Highly motivated, in the best of moods and anything but unsettled by the current Corona situation - this is how the mood of our 25 new trainees can be summed up in a few words. At STAHLGRUBER headquarters, our new "STAzubis" spent an exciting introductory week at the beginning of September and got to know the many facets of their new employer.
These are future-proof and highly interesting apprenticeships that our new team of young people aged between 15 and 23 have chosen at STAHLGRUBER GmbH.
The automotive parts wholesaler is pleased to welcome 13 prospective wholesale and foreign trade management trainees , eleven warehouse logistics specialist trainees , and one prospective digitalization management trainee.
"Despite the currently very challenging circumstances due to the Corona pandemic, we can once again welcome a large number of new trainees at STAHLGRUBER this year," says training manager Erich Dehner happily. Especially the young ladies and gentlemen of the youngest graduating class bravely withstood the "peculiarities" of 2020, says Dehner. "Despite all the limitations, this cohort has achieved one of the best average results in the IHK final examination in particular, which we have been able to present in recent years." The training manager emphasizes, "For us, this was a kind of stress test, and it showed that our training concept works reliably even in extreme situations." Especially in difficult times, safety is the most important basis for trust and motivation, Dehner continues.
In total, STAHLGRUBER is currently training just under 100 young people. They are employed at the company headquarters, in one of the more than 70 STAHLGRUBER sales outlets and at the logistics center in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in the Upper Palatinate.
