STAHLGRUBER Exhibitions 2017

Nuremberg marks an impressive end to a fantastic year of exhibitions

With the last stop in Nuremberg, STAHLGRUBER’s year of exhibitions 2017 came to an end last weekend (11th-12th Nov. 2017). At the last exhibition of the year, STAHLGRUBER succeeded in winding down in a particularly impressive manner yet again. Throughout the weekend more than 9,000 trade visitors took the opportunity to learn in-depth about all the various areas related to the motor vehicle repair sector. Together with the previous exhibition locations in Munich, Chemnitz, Frankfurt and Sindelfingen, STAHLGRUBER have come to the end of a remarkably successful year of exhibitions.

This year, with the motto “Digital Revolution”, we were able to offer visitors to our exhibitions lots of fascinating information and impressions, as well as new innovations in the technical field. The digital revolution is currently transforming the vehicle repair sector more than ever before. Communication with the driver, with the car, and with all workshop processes; everything is becoming increasingly digitised or digitally supported. And now in the area of workshop equipment, the demand for devices utilising the new digital possibilities is extremely high. For example new-generation diagnostic devices with PassThru, i.e. with digital access to maintenance, service and diagnostic information on OE portals, are highly sought after. New legal requirements governing headlight adjustment and brake testing, for example, were also hot topics at the exhibition in 2017. “We addressed and still address the topics that workshops are currently concerned about. This is also exactly what we will continue to do in the years to come”, promises Heinz Rieker, STAHLGRUBER CSO. This year at our exhibitions, our sales figures really showed that STAHLGRUBER has indeed got its finger on the pulse. At all five locations our customers made good use of the numerous offers available at the exhibition and often invested in new equipment for the workshop and tools right on the spot. The foundations for next year really could not be much better than that. We are already looking forward to our exhibitions in 2018 that will begin in Munich on 17th-18th March.
