Visitor record in Nuremberg - last stop of the 2019 exhibition season comes to a successful end

Last weekend in Nuremberg, STAHLGRUBER successfully concluded the 2019 exhibition season with a clear visitor record. Over 8,000 customers visited the workshop trade fair of the automotive spare parts wholesaler from Poing near Munich. In Nuremberg, the stands of the 200 suppliers and exhibitors were therefore very busy.

In addition to the important standard topics such as workshop equipment, vehicle diagnosis technology, repair solutions and workshop concepts, the STAHLGRUBER Competence Centre was a strong crowd-puller in Nuremberg, as was the case at the other exhibition stations.

The new digital customer system, which officially went into operation in mid-October, was presented at the STAkis 4.0 colleagues' stand. Interested customers could convince themselves personally, under real conditions, of the essential advantages of the new, web-based portal.

Our two new products at this year's fair, the STAHLGRUBER Profi Forum and the Technology Centre, were also announced throughout the entire season, but especially in Nuremberg, where there was a lot of activity. "We have constantly improved both areas throughout the 2019 season," says Exhibition Director Michaela Hueber. "In the Profi Forum, top speakers provided information on the most important and current topics in the industry. New were the lectures on the future cash law and on recruiting," said Hueber. In the Technology Center, our "live exhibition workshop", we presented current repair solutions, powerful diagnostic technology exclusively available from STAHLGRUBER, as well as classic upgrading work for the independent workshop," says STAHLGRUBER company spokesman Elmar Voltz, who moderated this exhibition area. "We simply see for ourselves here how great the need for information and the interest of our customers in really good and practical solutions are. For us, this is proof that we are very close to everyday workshop life," says Voltz. In addition, two new suppliers attracted public interest at the exhibition in Nuremberg. With MPM, the lubricant experts from the Netherlands, STAHLGRUBER has an attractive and exclusive partner in the professional segment. MPM offers a wide range of engine and transmission oils as well as additives and has almost all important OE approvals. The company has been the market leader in the Netherlands for years, has a strong presence in the Scandinavian countries and is one of the fastest growing oil brands. MPM is anchored in STAHLGRUBER's mid-price segment.

With the Italian company ERA, STAHLGRUBER presented a new electronics specialist for the first time at its autumn exhibitions. The traditional Italian company has been successful in the international automotive aftermarket for 40 years. ERA started at STAHLGRUBER with a wide range of switches, sensors, probes, EGR valves and ignition coils. With starters and generators, the product range will soon be further expanded.

"We are pleased that we can look back today on a strong exhibition season for 2019. After Chemnitz, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Sindelfingen and Nuremberg, we can once again confidently say that our exhibition is one of the most important information events for the automotive workshop sector," concludes Exhibition Director Hueber. And she adds: "We are already preparing for the 2020 exhibition season with precisely this claim".
