STAHLGRUBER once again the best employer in wholesale trade
Automotive parts dealer STAHLGRUBER yet again voted No. 1 in the wholesale trade in Top National Employers 2017 study. To have won once again this special award, as the best employer in the wholesale trade, pleases us very much and makes us proud as well. We see this award as the result of a long-standing, continuous strategy in our companys corporate and personnel policy, says Heinz Rieker, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales Officer of STAHLGRUBER GmbH. "We would like to thank our employees in this regard. They bring life to predefined framework conditions and create a very positive working environment at STAHLGRUBER with their personal dedication," emphasises Rieker.

With 120 locations in Germany and abroad, STAHLGRUBER is one of the most important market players in Europes automotive aftermarket. The company views training and further education – especially in regard to new workplace requirements, modern techniques, and digital developments – as quintessential for past and future success.
The Essen-based parts wholesaler PV Automotive, a STAHLGRUBER subsidiary, also did exceptionally well in the same survey, ranking fourth in the wholesale sector in the category for medium-sized companies with up to 2,000 employees.
In autumn 2016, FOCUS magazine, working together with Kununu and Statista, identified Germanys best employers. Using a point system, the representative survey is based on the opinions of employees from all company levels and age groups. The criteria ranged from working atmosphere, salary and career to interesting responsibilities, team spirit, and other working life factors.
