The number of industry visitors in 2018 remained stable at the previous year's level. With around 200 exhibitors, the STAHLGRUBER exhibition is once again this year an important event for topics, trends and the future of the automotive repair industry. And this year's motto “Genial Digital” is already a clear sign: Digitisation in the workshop, in vehicles and in communication with customers is becoming increasingly important. 

The crowds were correspondingly massive at the start of the season in Munich. Exhibitors received great interest in the subject of repair and maintenance of driver assistance systems, TPMS or customer information systems, which help to implement digital workshop processes quickly and efficiently. All topics relating to new lifting and diagnostic technology were also met with great interest. The same applies to the latest guidelines and specifications such as for tailpipe measurement, brake testing or the repair and adjustment of modern headlamp systems.

All in all, it can be said that the automotive repair industry is in the middle of a rapid state of development. Just how important strong, reliable partners and reliable sources of information are in this phase was impressively demonstrated at last weekend's exhibition in Munich.
